Dr. Abigail Pinnock, DVM
Dr. Abi grew up in Jamaica knowing she wanted to be a veterinarian, and qualified at 23 from the University of the West Indies in Trinidad & Tobago.
She trained in large animal medicine at Tuskegee in Alabama and the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Canada, then came home to the JSPCA in Kingston — where she found her way into surgery and became lead surgeon on staff. Island Mobile Vets is her own practice, treating dogs, cats, birds and farm animals across the island.
